Women’s Betrayal Support Group

Support group flyer for betrayed partners with green leaf graphics. It highlights three key points: real conversations with people who understand betrayal, guided support focusing on healing and clarity, and allowing healing at one's own pace.

You didn’t ask for this heartbreak. The betrayal, the shock, the spiral of questions that don’t seem to stop is a kind of pain that cuts deep. And even though life may keep moving around you, inside it feels like everything has changed. If you're like most women navigating betrayal trauma, you have probably asked yourself, How did I end up here or Why do I still feel stuck. Whether the betrayal happened recently or years ago, the ache of it lingers, and trying to manage that pain alone can feel incredibly heavy.

What makes it harder is that this isn’t something you can just talk about anywhere. Friends may not understand, family might not know what to say, and even when people try to help, their advice often feels disconnected from the emotional storm you are facing. This kind of pain needs a very specific kind of care, one rooted in compassion, confidentiality, and true understanding. That is exactly why this Women’s Betrayal Trauma Support Group exists.

This group is more than just a meeting. It is a lifeline. It is a place where you can exhale. A place where the weight you have been carrying does not have to be hidden or explained. Over 12 weeks, you will be surrounded by women who understand your story and can nod and say "Me too" without judgment. In this space, healing becomes possible. You will receive structured support, guided reflection, and continued connection through a private GroupMe channel to help you feel supported between sessions.

You do not have to figure this out alone anymore. Healing is not about pretending you are okay. It is about having a space where you can be honest about your pain and still feel held. You deserve that. You deserve community, clarity, and connection as you rebuild.

If you are ready to take the first courageous step toward healing, we invite you to join us.

The group is currently hosted online on Mondays from 6 pm-7:30 pm (CST)
