I provide counseling for individuals and couples who are navigating emotionally challenging seasons, whether that’s trauma, anxiety, or relationship distress.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more confident, and start making meaningful changes in your life and relationships.

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Generalized anxiety and chronic worry

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and intrusive thoughts

  • Health anxiety and reassurance-seeking behaviors

  • Rumination and compulsive or safety-seeking patterns

  • PTSD and trauma recovery

  • Low self-esteem, perfectionism, and self-doubt

  • Communication challenges in relationships

  • Life transitions and emotional burnout

  • Couples navigating conflict, disconnection, or parenting stress

My Approach to Therapy
At the heart of my work is person-centered therapy, I believe you are the expert of your own story. I’m here to help you explore your emotional world, build resilience, and find a clearer path forward.

I also use evidence-based methods, including:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) – helpful for OCD, health anxiety, and intrusive thoughts

  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) – supports safe trauma processing and long-term relief

  • Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) – helps build practical tools for managing stress and making empowered decisions

Whether we’re working through anxiety, healing from trauma, or strengthening your relationship, I’ll meet you with empathy, structure, and respect.
